Spring Decorating with Carrots!

When looking over my spring photographs, an apparent trend is to do your spring decorating with carrots.

Spring Decorating with Carrots at Merrifield Garden Center

When shopping at one of my favorite garden centers, they had multiple springtime bunny decorations and a wide selection of faux carrots.

I, personally, like both the bunnies and the carrots. However the carrots on the lower bin with a lot of the greenery left on the stem are my favorite piece.

The photograph on the left, shows books, faux flowers, seed packages and, of course, bunches of faux carrots.

Thank you to that Special Person for sharing her below photographs with us.

Easter Table Setting

The first photograph shows an Easter table runner done in light blue. On each end of the runner is a white bunny with a fluffy blue cotton tail. The table is set with four cotton candy pink dishes. The centerpiece is large white basket containing plastic eggs

Egg Tree

The egg tree in the corner is decorated with a variety of colored eggs and mini faux carrots. The tree is topped with a large white bow and bunny ears.

I like this inventive use of carrots to decorate a mirror.

Springtime Bathroom Decorations

The below photograph shows an elegant bathroom flower and egg arrangement in a silver vase.

To add a fun twist, disposable hand towels are imprinted with the word, “Bunny”.

A couple of colorful egg trees decorate the front lawn.

If you look carefully, you will see Deuce on the upper level of this porch waiting for the arrival of the Easter Bunny. (He’s a tad early for that).

Our last photograph shows Deuce playing with his new bone wishing for jelly beans.

Sorry Deuce, no jelly beans.

Happy First Day of Spring!

A special Thank You to C. for the photographs of her spring and Easter Decorations, and for allowing me to use them on today’s blog.

Also, a Special Thank you to Merrifield Garden Center for allowing me to blog and take a photograph of their bunny and carrot store display, (photograph #1.)
