Calorie Burning Tire Smashing Exercise

If your routine exercise regiment is getting a little boring, then switch it up a bit with something a little different.

This tire smashing exercise was actually recommend by a personal trainer and boxing instructor.

This quick video shows a person exercising with a steel mace and car tire.

This exercise will help to build extra strong arms, hands and shoulders.

It’s perfect for those taking boxing classes.  Please note that this person is wearing boxing gloves hand mitts to protect his hands from blisters and to give him a more secure grip.

Don’t worry if you don’t have an old tire, gas stations happily give you one for free.

This exercise is, also, helpful if you are mentally stressed and need to work out everyday frustrations.
