We were in a parking lot when I noted this unusual vehicle which looks like an electric sports car. Well, not exactly a sports car, per se but, it sure looks racy and fun to drive.
Edison 2 by Vanderhill
The nice gentleman driving the vehicle gave us lots of details about the unusual electric three-wheel car.
The Edison 2 has a motor for each front wheel. It goes from zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. It is a double seater with no rooftop or doors. Both seats have a black roll bar over them. I noted the umbrella on the back of his car and I liked how sporty the vehicle looks.
Parking lots with small spaces are no problem since the vehicle is only 68.9-inches in width and 143.7 inches in length. The car weighs about 1,400 pounds and has a no-fuss key fob with a multi encrypted signal. Also, the vehicle is made in the U.S.A.
Best of all, it can go 150 to 300 miles on a single charge. I think this is guilt free driving with no pollution at its best. Unlike motorcycles, the Edison 2 makes no noise and is very quiet.
Ending Notes on Electric Sports Car Blog
I like the fact this usual car does not pollute the environment and is noise free. It looks like a classic sport car but is youthful and fun.
Not bad qualities for any type of car.
A Special Thank You to the Gentleman driving the Edison 2 for allowing me to blog and use his photograph in today’s blog.
Please note that in over 1,000 blogs this is only the fourth time, I’ve used a photograph of an individual but this a great story. Thanks Again!
