I purchased three premade salads while on my shopping trip and only today noted the salad bowl recycle directions. The three easy steps are printed in the bottoms of the disposable bowls.
Directions for the Salad Bowl Recycle
As always, the first step is to take your time and enjoy the fresh salad. This is the first time I noted the recycling instructions printed in black on the bottom of the bowl. So, you probably need to eat the entire salad.
There is no need to clean or wash out the bottom of the disposable paper salad bowl.
The next step is to pull out the salad bowl liner. It is easy enough to do but take your time. It came out in one piece for me.
The last step is to toss out the liner and to recycle the cardboard salad bowl. The bowl is pretty flat once the liner comes out.
The last step to recycle the cardboard serving bowl. It is nice and clean after the liner is removed.
Now it is easy to recycle the paper salad bowl.
