Today as soon as the sun went down, a parade of cute ghosts, goblins, and princesses lined our sidewalks looking for treats and a happy Halloween adventure.
Creative Halloween Decorations
I have one more creative Happy Halloween lawn I to blog about. Most of the photographs from today’s blog were actually taken in my neighbor’s yard.
Every year they do a great job coming up with something creepy and different–a prison for skeletons, unruly pirates, or a gigantic spider on the roof. This year, the theme is gigantic scary teddy bears roaming the front yard looking for a meal.
Happy Halloween Scary Teddy Bears
The photograph on the left shows a huge scary teddy bear chasing a skeleton up a tree.
There is a grave yard in the foreground.
No these are definitely NOT the cute little teddy bears we know and love.
The below photograph shows a scary teddy bear holding an upside down skeleton by the foot. The scary bears all have large teeth to match their large appetites.
Happy Halloween and Scary Teddy Bear How to
I was told the scary teddy bears were ordered online and then arrived unstuffed. This “scary bearie” has his feet attached to boards which allows him to stand up.
The photograph on the right shows two scary bears having a large dinner.
They are feasting on the skeletal remains of a horse.
Have you ever been hungry enough to eat a horse?
Happy Halloween Grave Yard
I’m not sure where these props came from, but this skeleton photograph, looks like he has some skin left on his bones.
He is sitting with his back against a grave stone.
Glow in the Dark Eyes
All the bears have glowing eyes in the dark.
As you can see by the photograph on the right, the glowing eyes pushes up the fright factor a notch or two.
Happy Halloween Ending Notes
We earlier received a phone call from good friends to come over and enjoy a nice warm fire and a chat while they gave out candy.
My trick or treaters were left a box full of candy on a chair and Halloween rings to enjoy.
A Special Thank you to my Neighbors for allowing me to take photographs and to blog about their fun Halloween display.
I’m enjoying a warm fire on a crisp Halloween night. Also, a special thank to our neighbors who invited us to sit by their new fire pit.
What more can I say but, “Happy Halloween!”
