It has been a few days since I’ve signed on with a blog, so I thought I would tell my Readers a little about my Easter preparations.
When entertaining, it is best to do at much as possible before the event.
Today I made a batch of sugar cookies for my Easter day dessert tray.
Mixing Cookie Dough
The sugar cookie dough is from a store purchased bag.
I selected a chick and a heart shaped cookie cutter for my cookies today.
The cookies were decorated with yellow and clear sanding sugars. I also made a few with multicolored sprinkles. I totally cooled the cookies and they are now in my freezer until Sunday.
I’ve also ordered my brown sugar spiral ham and a bag of potatoes which should be delivered on Friday.
Now to get out a few decorations for the day. I need to decorate things a little differently. Let’s see what I come up with.
