This weekend, we tried a new coffee shop called TOUS les JOURS café which translates to “every day” in French.
According to their website, this is a chain store selling French-Korean-inspired baked goods, cakes, pastries, and handcrafted beverages.
TOUS les JOURS has more than 70 stores in the US and more worldwide.
Menu Offering
As you walk into the café, you immediately notice a clear glass display of pastries, pretzels, cake slices and desserts. Each item has the price clearly marked.
You first pick up a basket tray and tongs, then proceed to open the cases to select any items you want. Everything looks delicious. However tempting, we opted for only two cups of coffee.
Towards the front of the store, they have an assortment of decorated whole cakes for sale. Every cake is decorated in a different style. Some would be very cute for a child’s birthday.
The café has a wide assortment of whole cakes plus cake slices.
Interior Seating
The place has a seating area consisting of comfortable chairs and tables. The furniture has a modern yet classic feel to it. There is even a stone fireplace for cozy seating. However, when we visited, the fire was not on. There are, also, a few people sitting at long tables working on their computers.
Everything in the store is immaculately clean, fresh and bright-looking. The café has a warm, natural feel to it with large modern globe light fixtures.
This circular freshly baked every day sign is on the back wall.
Outside there is also patio seating, but we stayed inside the store for our coffee. This area would be great for warmer spring and summer days.
Ending Notes on TOUS les JOURS
It was early morning, so it was a pleasant time to sit back and enjoy our coffee. Dean, the floor manager, was very nice, professional, and polite.
A Special Thank You goes out to Dean for allowing me to take photographs in the TOUS les JOUR café and also to blog our experience in the store.
