Fitness Display
I attended the SCW Fitness Expo which was called MANIA at a hotel.
They had quite a few booths relating to fitness.
This photograph shows vital signs readings on a computer screen during an exercise class.
La Blast Poster
On this poster there is a “Dancing with the Stars” television show dancer.
He developed an exercise/dance program which was part of the fitness Expo.
The Expo had fitness apparel, exercise machines, fitness camps and lots of fitness posters along with representatives to discuss their products.
While we were there, I peeked in at an exercise class demonstration that was going on in one of the rooms.

I watched an interesting new fitness program where everyone uses a large orange stretch band to exercise with. One of the exercises was to hook your band up to a large center weight and then everyone pulls simultaneously from their location.
I enjoyed the time I spent at the SCW MANIA Fitness Expo and learned about a bunch of new fitness products.
