Happy Spring Meal to all my Farmhouse Magic Blog Readers! Today we are going to talk about how we do things in our blogdom. After an early church service, when we got home we decided to eat our main meal towards evening. In fact, as I write today’s blog, I am finishing up that cup of coffee.
Easter Decorations
Ok, this year what was different in our spring time centerpiece?
Of course, we used that new grape vine basket we picked up in the ReStore shop for $5. You can see it below filled with faux green eggs. To clean it up, I first ran a lot of warm water over it. The handle was slightly loose but when it dried up, the handle was tight again.
We, also used the two rusty mini tart tins we picked up in a secondhand store for $2 each. They are on the table between the white rabbits and are each filled with a clear glass bunny and mini eggs.
I used a red table runner in the center of the table upon which I placed a flowered mini runner.
Lastly, I placed two Autumn Joy Sedum Plants on the table. I am growing them for a charity plant sale. They pick up the green in the green tablecloth.
We use this spring time wreath every year. It has bunnies, eggs and carrots on it.

Fast Dessert Hack
I have to admit, this is a spring meal hack since I purchased the dessert. This is an apple crostata sprinkled with almond slivers. And yes, it was yummy!
