2021 Easter

Happy Easter!

Here at FMB for Easter lunch we had a spiral brown sugar glazed ham, red mashed potatoes, and fresh asparagus.

There was also a fresh relish tray with carrots, celery, cucumbers and black olives.

In keeping with the holiday, purple pickled eggs were served.  These were made the day before.

The table was set with a green and white tablecloth and a long white table runner.

For the centerpiece, there were fresh flowers in a clear glass vase which were a gift from a neighbor.

I added a bunch of white, brown and colored plastic eggs to a chicken wire egg basket.  Besides the basket I placed a small yellow chick and a few bird-sized eggs.

The tower of treats is made from Bird Nest Treats, jelly beans, sugar cookies, and yellow marshmallow candy.

The ham was spiral cut.  I added some of the brown sugar glaze to give it a bit of flavor.

The relish dish was fresh and crunchy.

We had a tower of desserts to select from.  We had some sugar cookies and easy to make Bird Nest Treats.

The fruit topped cheesecake was absolutely delicious!  It was not too sweet like some cheesecakes.

The cheesecake was store purchased.
