Blueberry Plant – Peach Sorbet Variety

Today I was checking out what’s new in our garden.

We planted this new Blueberry Bush which states it is a Peach Sorbet Variety.

It is a small bush only growing 1.5 to 2 feet tall.  It needs full sun and moderate water.

Interesting, this blueberry bush is self-pollinating.  The leaves are colored in peach, pink, orange, and bright green colors.  The winter leaves are a purplish color.

This plant is Non-GMO which means this plant was produced without genetic engineering.

Since this plant has a U.S. patent, asexual propagation without proper authorization is prohibited.

The berry flavor from this plant will be sweet with a tropic essence.

If I’m not mistaken, this blueberry bush is a Jelly Bean variety.

It has lots of blooms on it this year.

We planted all the blueberry bushes in the same area because some need other blueberry plants for pollination.

This red and green leaf lettuce is looking nice.

It will not be long until it can be harvested.

I thought it would be nice to buy one Rosemary herb plant.

Last year, I waited too long and the local stores were all sold out.

I’ve repotted this Rosemary plant into a larger crock.

Although I am not a Rosemary herb fan for cooking, I do like to place a sprig besides a serving dish to give it a special look.

Also, the fresh crisp scent is hard to forget.

All my new plants are doing well and I’m enjoying my time working in the garden.  What’s your favorite herb to use in cooking?
