Baby Bunnies in my Window Well
I was up early this morning watering the plants when I happened to look into the cellar window well. I noticed three baby bunnies who had fallen down into the window well and were unable to jump out.
Initially, I tried to pick them up on a hoe but they kept on jumping off before I could pull it up. I then decided to put a long circular container I use for picking flowers down into the well. As soon as one crawled in, I pulled it out and released the baby bunny. I did this two more times, and I quickly had all the baby bunnies out of the well. Yea, three baby bunnies rescued!!!
To make sure it wouldn’t happen again, I put some screen over the well but I am going to go out and get a plastic well cover for it.
