Although I rarely write travel blogs, the below photographs are sent in by a certain traveling individual taken at dusk at the Armed Forces Tribute Garden in the city of Westminster, CO. Westminster is located about 17 miles outside of Denver, CO.
I thought the “golden hour” photographs were quite striking provoking an emotional response making me think of the frequent sacrifices made by the armed forces members.
The park is dedicated the the brave men and women of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marines.
The garden has seating, a water feature, flags, and areas for reflection and rest. There are sturdy and enduring granite pillars honoring those who have served.
There are, also, more than 1,600 tribute bricks recognizing the armed forces members.
Information about the purchasing the bricks and donations can be found on the Armed Forces Tribute Garden, Westminster, CO web page.
The U.S. Service Flags catch a breeze in the evening air.
This large statute honors the Merchant Marines.
A Special Thank You for our Photographer for allowing us to use his photographs for today’s blog. ; o)

Businessman B.,
Thank you for reading our blog and for your comments on wealth. I’m glad you’ve made a lot of money in (stocks?). You are not quite clear on things, however, you never mention if you ever paid back your grandmother, grandfather, and parents for the money you borrowed. (?) At 20-years-old you still have a lot to learn about finances. Is a fancy sports car worth it? What about the up keep of that car, insurance, and a garage to house it in? I know multi-millionaires who drive old cars and wear jeans. Be careful with your cash and please double-check out those get-rich-quick investments. Enjoy the day.
