New Housing Development with Green Space & Play Area

This new housing complex is currently being constructed near one of my favorite grocery stores.

It is good planning when the developer leaves a little green space and room for a children’s play area.  However, not all developers think this way.

I liked the look of this nicely landscaped area and the fun green play ground.

The above photograph shows the outdoor sitting area which is near the play area.  The sitting area is well landscaped and has a pergola over the large curved seating.

The photograph on the left, shows a junior climbing wall.

It is obviously for very young children who can walk or crawl up the climbing wall.

I liked the play ground’s plastic green spinning wheel.  I think the children place their back towards the center and then someone gives the wheel a spin.

Looks like fun but I guess the children have to be sure to stay in the spinning wheel until it fully stops.

I noticed in the back ground of this photograph, there is a green car on a plastic panel which has an empty gas tank posted.  Some how by turning the large knob, the car’s gas tank will fill up.

Yes, FMB wanted to try out a few of these items on the play area like these two drum-like sound devices.

However, in corona times, to protect the children and myself, I did not touch anything on the play area.

Congratulations and praise goes out to developers who use well thought plans and include play grounds and nice outdoor sitting areas.
