I am so lucky to live in a wonderful neighborhood where I know and care for my neighbors but during Halloween, it becomes a Spooky Neighborhood. Many people are out decorating and lighting up the yards in anticipation of children seeking candy and other goodies.
This is one funny witch tree crash.
In fact, the witch is still on her broom as she face hugs the tree.
Real Pumpkin Carving
This lone orange pumpkins sits on a driveway, with the seeds scattered in front of it. I’m not sure why the top wasn’t carved off. It would have been easier to get all the pumpkin seeds out.
Anyway, it looks like the square shaped eyes and mouth were carved out piece by piece.
Nice original pumpkin carving with a scary face.
This Friendly Smiling Scarecrow works for both Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Spooky Neighborhood Graveyards
What Spooky Neighborhood is complete without an eerie graveyard or two. In fact, today I noticed three our four on my walk through the neighborhood.
The below graveyard is full of crosses and has one person rising from the dead. This graveyard is complete with metal-look plastic fencing. There is a single red rose on one grave.
Skeleton on a Swing in Spooky Neighborhood
So, what was one of my favorites Spooky Designs? I really like this skeleton out playing and swinging on a child’s blue swing.
He seems to have a smile of his face in anticipation of Halloween.
Ending Notes on Spooky Neighborhood
A lot of my neighbors are going all out for Halloween with lawn decorations. Unfortunately, I don’t have a single black cat up but still have time to go through my Halloween bins and find something suitable for the neighborhood.
I always get trick or treaters so I’m going to have to get some candy before the big day is here. Remember this one,
“Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat!”
