Outlet Shopping for Bargains

Yesterday we decided to take a trip and do some Outlet Shopping for Bargains. We arrived about ten minutes before the stores were open and shopped for or a little over two hours. Many good sales events were happening.

Chico’s Outlet Store

One of my favorite places to shop at the outlet is in the Chico’s store. My Readers know, I also order many things from their online store and love their merchandise.

As you walk in the door, they generally have a few good bargain racks placed near the front. So often the deals and sales items are located in the back of the store, so I really appreciate this setup. I found a couple of very nice pants which I immediately purchased. They are in fabulous fall colors so that will work with a lot of things I currently own.

Ankle Jeans in Boysenberry Color

The first item I’m blogging about is a pair of So Slimming Super Soft Ankle Jeans in their Boysenberry color.

I was so lucky to find them since they were the only pair on the sales rack. They were originally priced at $99, but my deal was about ten dollars. Obviously, this is a final sale so I was sure to try them on to see if they fit properly.

Ankle Dress Pants in Olive Color

The second pair of dress pants I purchased is So Slimming 360 Wide Waistband Ankle Pant Fashion in the Olive color.

Both the pants I came home with today are ankle length. This is a good length for me because I hate to hem pants. I have a pair of pants needing hemming in the laundry room and they have been there forever. I never get around to hand hemming, so it is best for me buy this ankle length which fits perfectly.

These pants not only have a comfortable wide waistband but they have zippered pockets on both sides, and a notch detail design at the ankles.

These olive pants are originally marked $89.50 but my price was about fifteen dollars.

Faux Fur Slippers in Outlet Shopping for Bargains

My last purchase is a pair of bedroom slippers in Metallic Gold color with faux fur around the top.

The only issue is I had to dig these slippers out from the bottom of a sales basket but they are well worth the effort. They were originally priced at $38 and my price was about six dollars but I also got a discount at this store.

I, also, wear my slippers out pretty quickly so it is nice to have an extra pair.

Ending Notes on Outlet Shopping for Bargains

I thought I would give my Readers a few shopping tips for Outlet Shopping for Bargains.

Arrive early to avoid the crowds. We generally pick up our coffee along the way.

Don’t be afraid to dig in the bin or basket to find your size. Only be sure to put everything back and not toss things on the floor

Be sure to try things on if you are not sure if they will fit. If it is a final sale, many times it can not be returned.

Happy Shopping to Everyone!
