This weekend we were in the mood for a cup of coffee and decided to try Weird Brothers Coffee, a new coffee shop in town.
The place has an usual name and is located in the Reston/Herndon area. It proves to be a popular location as the indoor tables are filled with coffee drinking customers.
The shop also has some outdoor tables with a few umbrellas, so people can enjoy some fresh air with their coffee.
The photograph on the left shows some of the coffee mugs for sale.
Weird Brothers Coffee Brews a Special Cup
We went outdoors to sit at one of the outdoor tables to enjoy our brews.
I like decaffeinated coffee, so they made me a special cup of expresso with hot water poured over the beans.
The photograph on the right shows some type of merchandise in the store.
I think this either a card or gift tag.
Coffee Bean Roaster
The photograph on the left shows the shop’s coffee bean roaster which was located behind the counter.
It was interesting to look at and, of course, the beans are freshly roasted.
The shop also sells bags of their coffee so you can also enjoy it at home.
Brief History of Weird Brothers Coffee
It is nice to see a new business in town.
In checking the company’s website, apparently the company is disabled-veteran owned, community-based and produces coffee with care. The company started out selling coffee from a Mobile Coffee Bar Truck which was eventually sold.
Coffee Drinks Menu Board in Weird Brothers Coffee Shop
They also serve drinks with names such as Weird Sodas, Nitro Specials, and Smoothies Specials.
This coffee shop is a good place to get a cup of coffee.
The staff is also very pleasant and helpful, so I will definitely come back for another coffee break.
Thank You to Weird Brothers Coffee for allowing me to take photographs and blog about their Reston store.
Thanks again!
H. D.,
