OK, with today’s blog title Technical Halloween Costume I bet you think I’m talking about a boxy robot or some other nonhuman figure put together with old drawer knobs, metal lids, aluminum foil or other attachments. It would probably look like some old, large mainframe computer.
If you are thinking this, you would be wrong.
How to – Technical Halloween Costume
I was surprised how easy this costume was to pull together. First, a shirt was found online to mimic a computer supply company. It was worn with tan slacks.
Now to add the name tag. This is where things take off in a different direction.
A technical name tag was ordered from online. This name tag is about the same size and thickness as a regular name tag. However, with this name tag you can program it to spell hello, your name or a variety of things.
OK, it takes a bit of fooling around with it to figure it out. Unfortunately, the directions for use were written in Chinese. It costs approximately $18 and is rechargeable.
I believe it comes saying “Hello”.

Ending Notes for Technical Halloween Costume Blog
All in all, I always like to see what this techie comes up with as it is always some new and interesting.
In conclusion, I would also like to get a flashing name tag.
But be warned if you are wearing this flashing name tag, then you’ll probably not make too many sales. Potential customers are, of course, distracted looking at your flashing name tag and not hearing your sales pitch.
All Techies have a Happy Day!
