This was the nature path I walked on looking for signs of spring.
No signs of any wild animals living in the woods. No birds chirping and no squirrels dashing here and there.
Unfortunately, I did notice quite a few pieces of unsightly trash, bottles, etc. lining the roadway and scattered in the woods.
Wooded Nature PathThe photograph of the tree below shows it has been uprooted with the surprising tangle of torturous looking roots.
The twisting and turning roots look very artistically done.
Twisting and Bending Roots of Uprooted TreeThis photograph shows the sun in the sky with a backdrop of leafless trees. It is close to noon but the sun is covered by the clouds in the sky.

Keep nature pure and pristine.
Please do not toss litter in our woods. Pick up your trash to keep our natural areas clean.
Trash not only spoils another person’s walk in the woods but also can harm the wildlife in the area.
A big thank you from those of us who like to take a walk in the woods.
Sometimes I take a bag with me and collect any litter I see on my walk. Bending down to pick up trash becomes part of the exercise. It makes me feel good that I’m doing something useful and any aluminum cans found can be recycled for cash.
