Six Books for Christmas Reading
I was looking for something to blog about today. I decided to share the names of some great books. Most of the books are Christmas related or inspirational. Other books are just a fun read. I enjoyed them all!
Christmas Stories by Truman Capote – Story of a woman and a child who bake fruitcakes for others.
Shepherds Abiding by Jan Karon – Father Tim repairs an old Nativity set. Small town excited about Christmas.
A Highland Christmas by M. C. Beaton – Hamish, a policeman from Lochdubh, Scotland must find a missing cat and solve the stolen Christmas lights mystery.
A Vision of Sugar Plums by Janet Evanovich – Stefany Plum, a zany bails bond hunter, hunts for Santa Claus who has skipped bond. She’s not ready for the holiday–has no tree, decorations or presents.
12 Days of Christmas by Debbie McComber – Julia, a blogger, tries to be kind to a grouchy male neighbor. Can these two fall in love?
Family of Love by Christine Carpenter – Emily, a TB patient, and Len, a paratrooper in the Pacific theater during WWII, face seemingly insurmountable odds for true love while keeping their faith in God.
