I thought it was too early to pick out Seeds and More Seeds but apparently my companion thinks the time is right. And, sure enough the garden store is full of seeds and gardening essentials.
Every spring and summer my companion likes to garden and grow his own lettuce for his lunches. So, he picked out lots of lettuce seeds. Apparently, if you wait too long then your selection becomes less because other gardeners also want those precious seeds, too.

This garden store also has a selection of growing pots, potting mixes and other useful things to start your plants early indoors. Don’t forget to see if you need new gardening gloves or other items.

Growing pots come in various sizes so you can start your garden indoors.
Gardening Tips
Tip Number One – The gardener in my house always wants to get a head start on things and tends to plant too early. A week or two can make a big difference in whether your plants grow or not. It is still too cold.
Every area in the country is different, so please check with your gardening center or online for the best time to plant.
Tip Number Two – Right now, do any garden chores that didn’t get done in the fall. Today I spent time outdoor raking out the leaves between my boxwood shrubs. Over winter, things tend to get a little messy. I also cut back some dead leaves and tidied up my planters.
Tip Number Three – If something does not grow well, get some expert garden advice. Unfortunately, last year our summer squash did not do well. So, with a new package of summer squash and great advice, we are going to try growing that vegetable again. Brushed with olive oil, summer squash is great on the grill.
Vegetable and flower packages are now for sale.

Ending Notes in Seeds and More Seeds
In conclusion, this weekend we got our seeds for the season.
Now to wait until the right time to get those in the ground so we can enjoy the harvest. I think that is probably the hardest part because we all want to get started on our gardens.
