Saving Money – Clothing Drying Rack
An easy way to save money on your energy bill is to use a clothes line or a clothing drying rack.
My homeowner’s association does not allow clothes lines on my property. Instead, I put out a small drying rack in the back yard where no one can see it from the road. It allows me to dry a few things on nice warm days. When the things are dry, I can fold the drying rack and take it back indoors with me.
I save money this way by not using the dryer and besides the dryer heats the house up on hot days when I want the house cool.
