Salmon Tacos from Cafe Rio
Last night, I feasted on Cafe Rio’s Salmon Taco dinner which was the Friday Special.
This was the first time I had eaten at this particular restaurant.
The Salmon Taco dinner was great and very healthy tasting. Two tacos were served with white rice and black beans. You got to select what toppings you wanted on your tacos. A wedge of lime was, also, available to squeeze over your dinner.
The best part of Cafe Rio is the freshly made taco shells cooked on a hot grill. You can actually watch them as they make the taco shells. No fresher than that.
They also offer usual soft drinks and a variety of ice tea flavors.
I enjoy the meal and my family was good company.
