While out renting a carpet cleaner, a large Red Sled coupled with two golden reindeer were noted in front of a store’s garden center. I knew I wanted a photograph or two for the blog. I spoke with Mary, the garden center cashier, who was super nice and helpful. She called Lance, the floor manager, to come by and talk to me about photographing the holiday merchandise and plants for sale.
It is well known that Black Friday kicks off the holiday shopping season. However, I’m feeling the season has already started. This weekend, I found lots of stores with multiple shoppers purchasing things they wanted for the holiday season. Some people were not waiting for the big sales to start after Thanksgiving. I noted in one store, that two shoppers were actually both trying to buy the same table and chairs.
Trees, Fresh Greenery and the Red Sled
The garden section was full of fresh greenery and holiday trees. I liked this one with two wooden sticks, a silver reindeer pick, plus faux red berries, bulbs and a right red bow.
This greenery selection has faux red berries, a snowflake pick and a large plaid ribbon. The signs in the store all say to decorate for the holidays.

Ending Notes on the Red Sled Blog
In conclusion, it looks like the Red Sled is ready for Santa’s visit. The row of cords from the reindeer and sled, lights the feature up at night.
The only issue is, I think we are missing a few of Santa’s reindeers. Just kidding, I’m sure Rudolph and those missing reindeers are out at the reindeer games right now.
