Quick & Easy Ham and Grape Taco Salad

Ham and Grape Salad

This ham and grape taco salad dinner took approximately five minutes to make.

It was just too hot to stand over the stove cooking a big dinner.

I used a precooked ham slice which I defrosted in the microwave oven.

I like my ham slices slightly browned, so after defrosting it, I placed it in a small pan and browned it for a few minutes.  The ham slice was thinly sliced and added to the platter.

When that was done, I opened a taco chip ready to serve bagged salad and put it on one end of the platter.

I peeled and sliced one cucumber and added some sweet green seedless grapes to the serving platter.

The last step was to sprinkle the regular and blue taco chips over the salad.  They added a nice crunch to the salad.

Serve the ham and grape taco salad with creamy salad dressing.
