We needed to do some banking this week so we decided to use the drive through banking window.
We headed to our bank located near our shopping center.

Pneumatic Tube Transport
I became interested in the pneumatic tube transport system that our bank uses.
This system has been around for a long time. Banks use it since it is a fast, simple, and secure way to transport small objects.
The system uses an air compressor pump which sucks in or blows air to move the objects in the tube.
This person is holding the banking canister. You place your money or banking paperwork in to this canister to send it to the bank teller.

The everyday banking drive through, however, may become a thing of the past as people do more online banking.
Pneumatic tube transport an old idea but still a great one.
