Decorative Red and White Poinsettias

This photograph shows pinkish colored poinsettias on display at the Merrifield Garden Center.

 

Alternate rows of pink and yellow toned poinsettias are pleasing to the eye.

Bunch them together in groups of three for an impressive setting.

To me, a poinsettia plant screams “Christmas” is near.

It’s a little hard to tell by this below photograph, but these poinsettias have splashes of bright yellow-green on the red areas.

They look like a painter crazily splashed them with a little paint.

I love the fact, the growers always seems to come up with a new variation on the basic red color.
