Today I decided to take a quick trip to the outlet stores in my area.
This photograph shows the outside of a few stores.
We went shopping early, so there were only a few people out.

This is the food court at the outlet.
I rarely eat there as I like to stop on the way home for lunch.
This photograph shows a large cylinder structure in the middle of the food court. The circular bands are wood tone colors.
There are some very long ivy plants growing inside the cylinder.

After shopping, I stopped in a local grocery store for lunch. However, it was an extremely busy shopping day at that store. The store was packed and the lines for sandwiches had several people in them.
I decided to try to try the hot food choices but discovered my favorite salmon and asparagus dishes were all gone. The only non fried food choice I could find was one small Peruvian drum leg. I also had some cauliflower, a vegetable egg roll, and a spoon of cold mixed squash.
The above photograph shows the dinning room area on the second floor of the store.
I enjoyed eating up there since it was much quieter.
What Did I Buy?

When shopping at the outlet keep in mind you want to save money as well as get a deal on something you can use.
I liked the holiday llama and the ice skating cat socks. They were well made and marked down from $7.50 each to only .89 cents. I grabbed a handful of those. No one is going to see your socks when you wear pants. The duo slipper sock was $2.59 marked down from $20.00 and has anti skid dots on the bottom.
I found a great deal on t-shirts. This blue t-shirt was only $7.09 marked down from $28.00. This is going to be a gift.
I think my best bargain by far is is the queen sized mattress pad purchased in the Williams-Sonoma Outlet for only $12.68. It was originally priced at $39.00 on the markdown section. It was considered a special program item marked down an additional 40% off.
I had a great day shopping, saving money, and buying some items I needed. Today I definitely had some good shopping vibes going on.
