Decorating the House
Happy 2021! Tonight we are celebrating the New Year at Farmhouse Magic Blog.
The dinning room table is decorated with an imported red German table runner. In the center of that runner is a smaller white table runner in the center with Merry Christmas in German embordered on the ends.
Hanging Snowflake DecorationsI’ve hung colorful red and green plastic snowflakes from the chandelier from metal hooks.
I also tied some gold and green metallic ribbon to each snowflake allowing the ends to hang down.
To avoid a fire, be careful not to place any decorations too near a hot light source.
My centerpiece starts with two clear footed serving dishes stacked on each other.
I’ve centered a gold Happy New Year hat on the top tier.
I then randomly placed gold and black horns, beads, and squawkers on both dish layers.
I scattered red, green and moss green plastic snowflakes over the footed serving dishes and on the table runners.
New Year’s Eve Centerpiece Close Up of SnowflakesNew Year’s Eve ZOOM Party
I see the evening is going to be interesting since we received an invitation to a New Year’s Eve Dump 2020 ZOOM Party.
Since COVID-19, ZOOM parties are the only way for everyone to interact and stay safe.
We are to wear party bling, party hats and accessories. Of course, BYOB, bring your own booze. (LOL)
Snacks
I made some easy snacks to toast in the New Year.
I started with a sharp cheddar cheese ball rolled in chopped almonds then served with crackers.
I took a slice of provolone cheese and rolled it with a slice of dry-cured sliced pepperoni. I cut the roll up into thirds and used a toothpick to hold each section together.
If you like mustard, feel free to place a little on the pepperoni before you roll things up.
New Year Snack Tray Cheese Roll UpsI made Quick Stuffed Mushrooms which are always nice to serve.
The Quick Stuffed Mushroom Recipe is written below.
I use a good quality pork sausage for best results.

AJ,
Thank you for your nice comments. I was glad that our blog on how to care for ferns was valuable to you in your college assignment. You might want to check with a garden center for additional information. Have a wonderful New Year. Also, good luck with the college classes. What is your major?

Na.,
Thanks for adding our blog to your blogroll. As far as photographs go, we try to add as many as possible to each blog article. However, if I take 40 photographs, only three or four are up to our high standards. Thanks for asking and have a wonderful 2021!
