Mulching Fall Leaves
This is a photograph of my husband running the lawn mower over the fall leaves making mulch.
It’s better to rake the leaves into piles, (see second photograph), before mulching.
The leaf mulch gives the soil needed nutrients and saves the environment since the leaves are not collected in the weekly trash bins.

I have two large maple trees in my front yard with an over abundance of fall leaves.
