This white T-shirt arrived in the mail today.
It had one Japanese word printed down the side which translates to Judo.
Judo was developed by Jigoro Kano in 1882 and is considered a modern martial art.
The objective of judo is to throw or take down your opponent to the ground.
You can also subdue your opponent with a pin, a joint lock or choke hold.

Some of the thinking with judo is that you can take down a larger opponent by throwing them off balance and then being able to subdue or control them.
