Johnstown “Circle” Sculpture

While out of town and pumping gas, I noticed this “Circle Sculpture”.

I walked up to the sidewalk to take a photograph of it.  The plot where the “Circle” is located is nicely landscaped and obviously well taken care of.

This is a busy intersection with a lot of traffic.

A circle is a basic shape and is a symbol of unity.  It is a shape of geometric precision, free flowing.
