Happy Halloween everyone and today I am a Halloween Party Helper. Ok, I rather got into helping an individual with his Halloween party tonight for ten.
What’s on the Menu – Halloween Party Helper
So, I’m not sure what was on the party menu but from what I understand, an Asian inspired menu was going to be picked up.

So, I helped out by making some chocolate covered Oreo cookies covered with orange sprinkles.
I picked up a large container of orange sprinkles from the bakery of my local grocery store. It was on sale for $1.60. I still have tons of orange sprinkles left over which I can use for Thanksgiving. At the same spot I also picked up some Halloween pumpkin plastic rings. I believe the bakery decorates the top of cupcakes with them.
The below colorful fall bags contain a chocolate covered marshmallow on a stick treat. I had to cut the bags down slightly as they were too large.

I, also, made by my no flour peanut butter cookies sprinkled with orange colored sugar. Unfortunately, I burned the cookies on the second baking tray, so I made do with the cookies that were perfectly baked. Yes, even Farmhouse Magic Blog has some kitchen mishaps at times.
The peanut butter cookies went next to the Oreos then I added a few handfuls of colorful candy corn to fill the tray.

The vegetable tray and drip are wrapped in clear plastic for the trip there.
Also, I purchased some onion dip and cut up some veggies, i.e., celery, cucumbers, mini peppers, cherry tomatoes and baby carrots for a small tray.
Bargain Serving Platters
Speaking of trays, I picked up the Halloween decorative 3-count, 17-inch disposable platters at a local store. They were up front on the sales table for only $1 for the four-count set. Of course, they were marked down from $5.99. (Note – Farmhouse Magic Blog is always looking for a bargain.)
Not sure when I’ll be able to use this set of heavy spider web glass dishes, but I had to have them for only a dollar marked down from $9.99. So, only 25 cents per plate.
This set of handmade spider web glass dishes made in Turkey by artisans-came off the bargain table.

What’s to Drink?
I picked up a pack of flavored water and diet soda. I also gave this person a large bag of ice from my freezer and a drink cooler red tub. This should keep some of the drinks cool.
Ending Notes on Halloween Party Helper
For trick-or-treaters I gave this person two bags of Halloween candy. Since the roommate put up a huge blow-up pumpkin, I suspect they will get lots of kiddos tonight.
Interestingly enough, this person did not want to take the bag of ice. However, I find that is one of the first things you run out of.
So, I’m waiting for tomorrow to hear how the party went. For everyone else, it’s finally here . .
HAPPY HALLOWEEN from Farmhouse Magic Blog!
