Yesterday, it was a sunny, warm autumn day, so I went out for a Halloween Neighborhood Walk. Let me explain this one, during the days of October my neighborhood takes on a Halloween fall decorating vibe. Lots of families get the Halloween spirts and deck their homes out with cute or scary décor. If you have younger children, probably cute Halloween decorations show up more than scary ones.
Large Halloween Spiders and Webs
What seems to be very popular in my neighborhood are those large Halloween spiders and webs. I saw at least three spider webs on today’s walk. They also have various amounts of spiders in the webbing. Above is a photograph of a single black spider in the web.
This home’s Halloween decorations include one large spider web plus multiple scary spiders.
Maroon Mums
I love the look of these multiple maroon mums in full bloom. The whole driveway looks so fall festive. The maroon color is so dark and rich looking against the green lawn.
Natural Décor – Pumpkins, Corn Stalks, and Yellow Mums
I love those who decorate with real pumpkins and mums. So classic and lovely.
A few yellow mums, some corn stalks and a bunch of orange pumpkins makes a great fall entrance.
Ghosts in a Row on Halloween Neighborhood Walk
These simple wooden lawn ghosts on easy to insert in soil with wooden stakes. At lot of times, less is more.
These three white ghosts are grouped together and one ghost is on the outskirts.
Halloween Neighborhood Walk Ending Notes
At Farmhouse Magic Blog, fall is our favorite season. Things cool off, lawns become green again, and the season changes once again.
Our Halloween Neighborhood Walk brings not only fall into our view, but also some unique Halloween decorations.
Well, this is not our last neighborhood walk, so I’m be on the lookout for more Halloween lawn decorations for my Readers.
Happy BOO to You!
