While driving through a nearby neighborhood, I noticed three very tall Halloween giants and had to stop the car for a better look. Usually, the yards are decorated with cute large blown up figures of pumpkins and ghosts. Those blow up decorations seems to be all the rage now. I guess blow up creations, also, store easily when Halloween is over with.
But this yard is a little different and sort of scary in a Halloween way. They took the time to get a little creative with their Halloween lawn décor.
A section of the decorative scary graveyard.
The giant witch Halloween decoration holds a fake skeleton head in her large hands.
Graveyard Lawn
Besides having three huge Halloween figures, there is a very prominent graveyard on the front lawn. They have hands poking from the ground and also some witches’ feet sticking up.
This homeowner is going with a little bit of scary clown decorations. Not only do they have a very large and scary clown, they also have one coming out of the ground. The clown’s face is very scary with a wide open gruesome grin.
The Halloween Giant figures must be at least ten feet tall. I’m not sure what framework is involved to keep them standing upright.
Today it was very windy and anything without good support will topple over.
Ending Notes on Halloween Giants
Boy, with Halloween right around the bend this yard is sure to get lots of trick or treaters for an up-close view of those Halloween Giants.
And how is FMB’s lawn decorated? Today I purchased two large pumpkins and put them on the front step.
However, I always like it when someone takes the time to create something a little different and a little scary.
Treat or treat anyone?
