Today, I’m blogging about my new fringe throw which I purchased on today’s shopping trip.
Usually, I don’t do much shopping at our local mall. However, I tried on some shoes and decided to stop in one of my favorite home decorating stores to browse a bit.
My New Fringe Throw
Of course, I picked my new throw off the discount sales area so it was marked down approximately $35 from the original price. It’s a nice neutral gray color and measures 50 x 60 inches. I love the fringe on the edges.
Moreover, I think this throw is perfect for sitting in front of the fireplace or wrapping up in it on cold days. OK, so the winter is over with, but I’ll have it next year at the start of the winter season.
In addition, I like it because the tag said it was responsibly made. My understanding of this, is that this purchase makes a difference for people and the planet. The printed tag is also recyclable.
Importantly, this throw is labeled non-toxic. Wow, that’s good to know. This product is made with low emissions using no harsh solvents and low VOC’s which helps make the earth a cleaner and better place.
In case you were wondering, Volatile Organic Compounds or VOC’s are organic compounds with a high vapor pressure and low water solubility. VOC’s are humanmade chemicals used in paints, pharmaceuticals, and refrigerants. In other words, low VOC’s in a product is a good thing.
Floral Block Print Napkins
Then, my second purchase is a set of four floral block print napkins. These colorful napkins, will match up with some of my other table linens or table runners. The main background color is a bluish-gray.
The table napkins are made with 100% cotton fabric and measure 20 x20 inches in size.
I’m thinking, perhaps these new napkins can be used in a Mother’s Day table setting or something else.
Ending Notes on Fringe Throw Blog
In conclusion, I picked up a couple of nice items for my home decorating needs. Now, I plan to put them to good use.
For now, look for more decorating details in future blogs.
