For today’s blog we are going back to our kitchen/dinning room remodeling couple to see their fall decorating scheme.
In an earlier FMB blog, our couple updated their dark kitchen and dinning room to an airy feeling, fresh, bright space. The below two photographs show the beautiful end results.
They achieved a cohesive look to their kitchen, dinning room, and living room areas by painting the walls the same shade of neutral gray. Not only does the same paint color unite the rooms but it also makes the space look bigger.
Fall Decorating with Art, Painting and Pillow Puffs
The couple added window frame decorative art and mirrors to their dinning and living room walls to tie the rooms in further.
The white wooden frame furniture and cabinets goes together.
This wooden wall plaque made of fence posts also compliments the casual feeling of the white wooden window frame art.
The turquoise blue foot stool in front of the fireplace adds a bit of color.
To add some greenery to the room, two faux ivy topiary plants are on both sides of the modern painting.
Fall Decorations with Wreaths, Table Centerpieces, and Table Settings
Now our couple is decorating their home for the fall. . .
On the below photograph, the dinning room table has a long floral centerpiece made of colorful fall silk leaves and faux berries. A fall wreath is in front of one of the pieces of window frame art. The dinning room table is set with matching dinner plates and glasses in a fall leaf pattern.
To complete the look, our couple will be adding some small votive candles throughout the table.
The photograph below, shows the couple’s living room area.
In the far corner you will notice the fall decorative tree glowing with lights and autumn colored leaves.
Their coffee table has a silver pumpkin and a silk flower arrangement on it.
To pick up the decorating theme from the dinning room, a pumpkin wreath has been added to the window frame mirror.
Also, notice the three matching white accent pillows with a plant stem design on them.
Fall Decorations for the Porch
This couple went one step further adding fall decorating pieces to their front porch, see below photograph.
The two white wooden rocking chairs have a comfortable black and white buffalo checked pumpkin and maple leaf cushion on them.
Between the chairs is a small end table with a fall flower arrangement. This little table works great for resting those spiced pumpkin lattes on.
