I am having a difficult dilemma sticking to eating healthy foods during COVID-19 lock down. At first certain fresh food items were difficult to obtain, now I’m just eating what’s quick to grab.
One side of my sink is full of fresh fruits and vegetables but in the other sink, it is filled to the top with bags of potato chips.
During lock down, it’s easy just to grab an extra snack from the kitchen and not even think about what you’re eating.

I’m going to try washing more healthy foods and placing them near the front of the refrigerator. If I see them, then I will eat them. Snacking on yogurt and low fat cheese sticks is another option. I also like having some hard boiled eggs for quick pick me up snacks.
The point is to stay healthy during the COVID-19 times. Eating good for you foods is important during times of stress or boredom.
