I was out for a drive today and noticed this store which I had not noticed before.

With all the interest in reality baking and cake decorating shows, I thought this store had a bright idea.

It is a do-it-yourself cake decorating store.

Cake decorating is a fun activity for children’s birthday parties, team building or a get together with friends.

I believe this is a faux food display in the front window.

Parties are held  in the store or you can pick up a party kit to take with you.  The pick up party kit also comes with instructions.

The in store cake decorating session lasts for about one and a half hours.  After the party, the store does all the clean-up.

A party in the store for eight guests is priced at $395.  A cake is provided for each guest so everyone can try their hand at making a masterpiece.

All icing, fondant and sprinkles are provided for the party.

Of course, everyone must wear a mask and follow COVID precautions.
