Daffodil Check and Cauliflower Crackers

Today as I was coming in the front door, I noticed how tall the daffodils were growing.

I took this photograph in the rain but will keep you posted as to their growth.

Sorry the daffodils are no where near the blooming stage.

February 11, 2020 –

It’s a wet and rainy day.  The daffodils are presently five inches tall.

On 2-24-2020, I see the beginnings of one daffodil flower bud.  The day is overcast and gray.

On 3-4-2020, there are two daffodil buds present.  Sunny day.

On 3-7-2020, I now have about four daffodils buds present.  Almost ready to bloom!  Cold day.

Cauliflower Crackers – Nacho Flavor

I actually decided to add a note about the cauliflower crackers I purchased the other day.  I’ve eaten pizza crust made with cauliflower flour and frankly noticed very little taste difference when comparing it to regular flour pizza dough.

These thin crackers were nacho flavored and were very good and crispy.

I liked the nacho flavor but they had other flavors available at the store.

You are allowed to eat 44 crackers per serving for 110 calories and 18 g of carbohydrates.  Rice flour and potato starch are two of the listed ingredients.

I would definitely buy these cauliflower crackers again.  Yum!

For Your Information –

I liked this gardening trick.  The photograph shows what looks to be a nice batch of white stemmed plants growing in the ground.

If you look closely you will see that it is only a bunch of twigs painted white and stuck into a large green flat Styrofoam base.  The green Styrofoam was covered with mulch to hide the base.

Somehow the base has been uncovered, and the secret to a perfect garden is known.
