So, it has taken a long time to get a photo of the Tesla Cybertruck for the blog. They have only been out since 2023, but they are seen in my community. Since the cybertruck has such clean lines, it is immediately recognizable. As we were stopped at a traffic light, I was able to snap a quick photo of that elusive Cybertruck.
Tesla Information
Well, what makes a Tesla Cybertruck special? Here is a listing of talking points according to my online sources.
- There is no paint on the Cybertruck. It has a very hard stainless-steel exoskeleton to reduce dings and dents. The interior of the truck is super quiet.
- The vehicle has shatter-resistant glass in it.
- The Cybertruck can tow 11,000 pounds or about the equivalent or towing an African Elephant.
- It has a hidden toolbox in the truck bed.
- The vehicle is totally electric and can go 240 miles on a single charge.
- It has room/seating for five adults.
Brief Information on the Tesla, Inc.
Tesa Incorporated is an America Multinational auto with clean energy ideas. Their headquarters are located in Houston, TX.
As for costs, I found one online quote for 2024 Tesla Cybertruck with all-wheel drive priced at $108,995.
Ending Blog Notes
To me it seems that the Cybertruck looks more like a space craft than a true vehicle. It’s new, exciting and fresh looking. Would I like a test ride in one? Sure, I would love that.
The Tesla Cybertruck reminds me a little of the DMC DeLorean which was a two-passenger sports car. It was produced back in 1983 with only 9,000 produced. The DeLorean’s had the unusual gullwing design of the doors which opened upwards. Unfortunately, the company went bankrupt. It was one of the “stars” in the movie “Back to the Future”.
Ok, I really love the Tesla’s Cybertruck’s cool design and, of course, it is also runs on electricity, so you never need to stop at your local gas station for fuel.
I’m always looking forward to new vehicle designs and this one is sure to impress. To me it would seem that is time to produce another Hollywood blockbuster film this time starring the Telsa Cybertruck driving off into the sky and the future.
To Everyone Else, Happy Down To Earth Motoring!
Update – 12-1-2024 – OK, well I finally got a close-up photograph of a Cybertruck in a parking lot for my Readers.
Interesting to note, is that this vehicle does not have a front license plate. There are a number of expensive and sporty cars that the owners do not want to spoil the appearance and lines of the car by attaching a front license plate. However, a front license plate is required in many states. I guess either this vehicle is from out of state, or they keep the plates in the trunk in case they are stopped. Or something else?
