This Aqua Training Bag is hanging on a tree branch in my back yard.  The Aqua Training Bag is a sturdy bag filled with water and used for indoor/outdoor boxing exercises.

It’s a little easier on the fists than traditional sand filled bags.

The bag can be drained and taken indoors during winter.  You don’t want the water to freeze in the bag.

It is nice to place the bag on a tree limb and then get fresh air while exercising.  Make sure the tree limb is sturdy enough to hold the bag.
