Well, once again, we are dining with the All American Supper Club members featuring the theme of the All American menu.
Therefore, let’s not delay in bringing a little 250th Year USA Spirt to today’s blog. Our very special meal highlights the USA’s long history.

All American Table Setting
In the summer, sitting at the outdoor patio is great for enjoying the nice day. It is set up with red, white and blue American flag dishes with white cloth napkins. Each setting includes two clear glasses. A bright red, bone white and blue fresh flower arrangement is in the center of the table. Underneath each dish setting is a red, white and blue star shaped placemat.

Cool Lemon Drop Martini with a fresh lemon slice.
Lemon Drop Martinis
Today’s meal begins with Lemon Drop Martinis swerved in traditional martini glasses.
A fresh lemon slice and a red, white and blue drink umbrella garnish the drinks.
Appetizers
Today’s meal has two tasty appetizers to sample.
The first appetizer is Pimento Cheese Dip served with assorted crackers and crispy fresh celery. The dish is a clear glass serving platter along with a cute mouse spatula.

Diners have a second-choice appetizer of Buffalo Chicken Flatbread.

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread has shredded chicken flavored with hot buffalo sauce and shredded cheese. Fresh green spring onion slices decorate the tops.
Soup of the Day
The unusual soup choice is chicken noodle soup served over mashed potatoes. This soup can the take the place of a main meal. This soup was served at a Christmas gathering by the mother of a supper club member.

Fresh Garden Salad
The fresh garden salad has strawberries, blueberries and candied pecan scattered over the top. A zesty honey balsamic dressing goes over the salad.

Main Dish – Cabernet Sauvignon and Shallot Hamburgers
Today’s main dish takes into consideration summer BBQ time with a fresh new burger offering.
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Shallot Hamburgers come with a slice of white extra sharp cheddar cheese, tomato slice and arugula. The roll is a fresh slice of focaccia bread.

The perfect side dish is BBQ beans with smoky flavor, bacon and a bit of spice.
Flag Cake Dessert
A perfect way to end the meal is a serving of this Flag Cake made with strawberries blueberries, and raspberries. It is from Ina Garten’s recipe collection.

Ending Notes on All American Supper Club Blog
The Supper Club wanted to include the below photograph of their members. It is only rarely we use personal photographs, but this group has great smiles and I think cheerful attitudes, so it is being published.
It is good friends getting together for a good meal with, of course, tasty recipes.
