Honeycomb Paper Turkey Centerpiece
Today I found this adorable decorative honeycomb paper turkey centerpiece in the junk store. The turkey is colored in shades of orange-red, yellow, light brown, and purple.
It goes to show you that for only .50, I have a great Thanksgiving turkey centerpiece that stores flat which I can use time and again.
It was a little harder to put together than I thought.
The wings are adjustable so you can place them anywhere on the honeycomb body.
I actually had to refer back to the directions but, as you can see, it all worked out.
Although it was not recommended, I held the pieces together with a couple of small paperclips.
After the turkey was put together, I placed him on a rattan cake stand.
Under the cake stand, I used a table runner which had a leaf pattern through it on a dark brown background.
I arranged some small faux pumpkins and gourds, on the cake stand table runner.
To finish the look, colorful silk leaves were scattered over the rattan cake holder and table.
Happy, soon to be, Thanksgiving!
