Wow, it has been a long time since we featured a Farmhouse Magic Blog Dog of the week, so meet Buddy.
Buddy’s human mom said he is a great guard dog. Buddy likes to stay warm and dry and is reluctant to go outside on snowy days.
In our photograph, Buddy wears his striped turtleneck sweater to keep toasty warm. He is watching the birds outside from the picture window; however, he is definitely in for the day.

Buddy was adopted when he was a rescue dog. According to my online research, a rescue dog is a dog that has been rescued from a shelter, abandoned or surrendered by its previous owner. Rescue dogs get a second chance for a happy life. Rescue organizations work to find these dogs good homes.
In the below photograph, Buddy has returned from the groomers. He even wears a cute bow tie around his neck.
