Mixing Old and New
I was thinking about what to blog about and I noticed that I had two different glass candlestick holders on my mantle.
I believe the older antique one is shaped in a “J” and the glass somehow looks older and more substantial. The other glass “winged” candlestick holder, I believe, is modern.
I like to mix old and new. If I want to add them to a holiday table, I am thinking I need one more vintage candle sticker holder to balance things out.
Each one is quite sparkly in the sunlight but neither one is heavy enough to be leaded glass. Everyone loves candles, right?
